Return Policy
HANDLING RETURNS & EXCHANGE
- Eligibility of the customer to return or exchange his/her anytime across the year around the time of delivery or purchase the order through a phone call or email. However, the following conditions mentioned below are applicable only if:
Criteria for exchange and return:
- If the product delivered is not what you ordered or does not match.
- If the product delivered has any sort of damage, defect, incomplete pieces, or stained.
- If the delivered product is not the size that you had ordered.
- Exchange and return are possible only if the product has its tag, it is unused or unwashed.
- There is no time limit for exchange, however, if you return the order or refund, you must update Fabrica within 7 days when the order is received.
- In case of a refund, the charges of handling and shipping will be deducted from the refunded amount.
- The customer must return the parcel to Fabrica’s given address, and the amount will be refunded in the bank or through Easypaisa within 48 hours after the parcel is received.
- These policies apply to national and international orders.
- The order which has been altered and customized according to the customer’s demands will not be refunded, exchanged, or returned.
- Furthermore, if the product is not according to your requirements, then you can claim it, but before claiming, you must send us an email with proof in the form of pictorial evidence mentioning the subject as “error in alteration’ and we will see to what extent it could be fixed.
- The customer can only claim a refund, return, or exchange for discounted items or sale items if the delivered product does not match the description of the ordered product.
