Shipment Policy

• Fabrica uses two methods of payment; COD (cash on delivery) and bank transfer.
• After booking of your shipment, the order will arrive within three to five working days excluding weekends and holidays.
• The payment of orders is due until it is received by the customer in the case of COD.
• Pakistan POST deliveries are also accepted in case the customer resides in remote areas of Pakistan.
• COD order will be verified via phone call, However, Fabrica reserves the right to process an order without verification on call.
• Please note that the shipment may be delayed during promotions, sale periods, or high volume sales.

ORDER TRACKING

• After placement of an order, an email will be sent stating a “thank you” note followed by an email with your order’s tracking number and order number.
• Please note that the email will only be received if your email address is valid.
